This oil painting as created on 24"x30" canvas. It features me, the artist, wearing a pair of pink sunglasses that are shaped like rain clouds.
 
It's based on the concept of looking through rose colored lenses. When something upsetting happens, it can feel like people want you to be upbeat regardless. Like they want you to just put on rose colored glasses. So in this painting I did just that, but I'm a tiny act of rebellion I chose flasses that were also shaped as rain clouds.
